Mouse Adoption Application

Please fill out the application below if you are interested in adopting or fostering a mouse or mice from us. The application is used to best fit an animal with your situation and lifestyle. Mice are social creatures; we recommend getting a pair of girls, but if there is a male, unless neutered, he will need to be a single mouse. Animals may have other applications out for them and may not be currently up for adoption due to medical status, but applications are kept and referred to.
